Ethos and Values
From Boyhood to Manhood Foundation is a charity whose ethos and values enrich and empower many people of different faiths, philosophies and cultures. These values are the loci of our work with children and young people, their families and communities.
The aim of FBMF is to transform the lives of disadvantaged and disaffected young people to that of being socially accepted and valued citizens through the advancement of education, training and employment.
- To promote good citizenship, public safety and the prevention of crime,
- To reduce the rate of Not in Education, Employment or Training (NEET) among young people,
- To contribute to the national efforts to establish a secured society by reducing overall crime among the young people,
- To contribute to the improvement of the education quality at the national level by ensuring the full course of education of the young people those who are vulnerable or at the risk of being excluded from schools or society.
